Restoring oil for damaged hair with argan, almond and jojoba

Long or short, curly or straight, blond or brown – healthy and beautiful hair always attract attention.

Dying hair and using blow dryer, straighteners and curling iron seriously damage hair structure. Plus, sun, unbalanced diet and stress can make your hair look dry and dull. That is why good hair care routine is very important. Today I would like to share my recipe of restoring oil for damaged hair. If your hair is dry, break easily and have split ends – this oil is for you!

Argan oil is a well-known remedy in health care. This unique oil is rich in vitamins A and E, antioxidants and omega-6 fatty acids. It boosts cell regeneration, strengthens hair and promotes its growth 12. Jojoba and Almond oils moisturize and nourish skin and hair and prevent hair loss and breakage.

The recipe:

- Argan oil - 2 parts
- Jojoba oil - 1 part
- Almond oil – 1 part

1. Mix the oils

2. Transfer in a spray bottle, preferably of dark glass/plastics. If you use a translucent bottle, like myself, do not make large amounts and make sure to keep the oil away from light.

How to use:

If you have oily hair, apply 2-3 times a week on hair ends. Leave on for 30 minutes or overnight. Thoroughly wash your hair.

If you have dry hair, you can apply the oil all over your hair and scalp. Leave on for 30 minutes or overnight and wash thoroughly.

Good to remember:
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of its components.
- Store in a dark cool place and use within 3 months.
